I have been using RBO since Rexair 1st introduced it. Before RBO I used an old program that was good but it only allowed me to see my office. If I called any of my Distributors I had to rely on what they thought the situation was and what they needed help with. Now with RBO I can look at everything they are doing in real time. When I help them solve situations now, we know it's the correct solution. I know I'm speaking about my other offices but it's the same in our inside office. Being able to use filters and everything else it does, cuts your time by 80% when trying to design a new contest, track contests running now, pay off contests already won, among other things. The 2 best things RBO has going for it is that it is alway evolving and getting better daily. The 2nd is the RBO Team building all the videos to teach us how to use RBO to the fullest.

RBO has been a game changer to record, track and have access to information so quickly. It’s so nice that we can pull up information from yesterday, last week, last month and last year and the click of a button, to watch the trends and be prepared for all meetings with the team. It’s a place where all information is in 1 place we have evolved into A technology business instead of paper and filing cabinets of paperwork. To be able to record all sales info, taxes, commission and demo info at 1 secure location is fantastic. It is absolutely awesome that all customers can enter there appointments into RBO 24 hours a day. It’s fantastic that each leader can track there teams progress and individual progress 24/7. It’s user friendly and has tutorials if you get stuck.
As a rainbow distributor it’s critical to see all appointments, demos, sales in real time to be able to pivot if necessary to make changes or come up with incentives to increase business. We as a company really appreciate the value of RBO and we will continue to learn all the benefits that RBO as to offer.

Rainbow Office Software is such a game changer! It has helped our office become organized and efficient. It allows us the ability to keep our office in real time. The many reports it offers gives us the ability to find any weakness we have quickly, therefore being able to correct promptly! It has made our monthly reporting such a breeze!
